Electrical Problem in my car, the security system (door locks) and roof lights do not work.?

After doing some exertion on my radio, wires touched and now my door locking system does not feel for to the master lock and also my roof light does not purpose, what could have caused them to stop gunctioning and what could i do to repair it. Thank you
