Nighthawk Carbon Monoxide Detector - Safety and Security

I have a nighthawk carbon monoxide detector, I have no idea what those digital numbers are for?

I was cooking in the Nautical galley today and I notice the number got up to 9 but the alarm did not go off. I just after to know about these numbers, I have no idea how far the numbers go. I thank you for your stop.

If you can't find the directions, try looking up your model on the internet. The numbers *may* indicate parts per million of CO detected. It takes 1000ppm to basis unconsciousness in an hour, so 9ppm isn't good, but it is considered "orthodox" background CO.
