How to keep face shield from fogging up in hot/cold weather, without using a breath deflector?

Full face helmet. Don't yen to use a breath deflector. Is there a liquid or creme that can be applied to the shield that will keep it from fogging?

Torrent-X anti-fog available at pretty much any type of automotive parts parliament, Wal-mart, Target, etc.

I have used that many times while racing enduro & harescrambles on my goggles ... also use it when out snow skiing / boarding too... works zealous!!
