is a dremel 761-03 Cordless Pet Nail Grooming Rotary Tool compatible with a cutting attachment?

im tiresome to find a cheap dremel under $30 on amazon and the cheapest one is a pet grooming one but what i call for it for is a cutting tool for slotting stripped screws,so what i need to separate is if i can use a cutting attachment with the pet groomer?

P.S.

The pet pedi medicine, dose not have a blade or cutting bit.

It is a small rounded sanded bit that is inserted into the dermal.

I do not be familiar with what you are making or what you need it for, but the pet pedi cure is not high powered either.

It's witty, but each occasion Dremel releases a new rotary tool, we assume to ourselves, "man, this is the trounce Dremel evah!" Then they discharge another one and we ruminate over, "Whoa, now this is the foremost Dremel the give birth to has ever seen!" And on and on. Last year they released their new corded 4000 series tool and we loved it for it's brawn and all around 'Dremely vibe.'
