What were the average weights and heights for Regency men and women?

It's for an attempt a friend of mine will be doing soon. She will be doing research about Regency England and needs to recognize the average heights and weights of men and women from those times. To some an unusual question, but any ideas?

judging by case and records that exist for the upper classes - the general popualtion would be about 4-5 ins shorter than today on mean and on todays weight/hegiht comparisons would generally fit in or upright below the "ideal weight" range
